6-Week Update

It's been six weeks since I started my workout training.
  • -12 lbs
  • -3% body fat
  • my dockers and jeans can be removed without unbuttoning them!
  • cardiovascular still needs work
I definitely am making progress!

Thanks. I'm really looking forward to even more results! Partially because that means I have to shop for more clothes!!!!!
